A scrumptious homemade shrimp patty on a toasted bun with lettuce, tomato, and Japanese tartar sauce topped with tempura crunch.

This burger is so simple and so delicious. The shrimp patty is made with little (if any) filling and has the taste and texture of a succulent patty-shaped shrimp. I have no idea what is in that homemade Japanese tartar sauce, but it is divine.

It is also surprisingly light for a burger.  At least..that’s what I’m standing behind as the reason I ate mine in 4 seconds.
