Rich vanilla bean panna cotta with fresh blueberries and mint.
The creamy, silky texture of traditional panna cotta is generally one of the things I love most about this wonderful Italian dessert. Bittersweet’s is quite a bit more firm, and yet that is one of the loveliest things about it.
The other wonderful thing about this panna cotta is it’s flavour. The vanilla is so prominent, you can actually see bits of vanilla bean.
Wow panna cotta ĺooks delicious and perfect way to relish in the hot weather….
Thank you! It is a nice dish for summer
what a lovely flavor combination!!!! At first I thought you had made it (and I want the recipe!), but getting now that it came from Bittersweet. Bet you could pull this off in your home kitchen, though…
Am way behind in responding to award nominations (thanks!) and also emails. Will follow up eventually. Always love seeing your posts.
I definitely want to try this at home–I think it would just be a matter of adding vanilla bean to a great panna cotta recipe, though I’m not sure how they achieved the texture.
I find it hard to keep up in summer too. Good luck with everything!
This looks delicious. You might like my lavender and lemon shortbread recipe. Take care. Emma.
That sounds lovely! I am a big fan of floral flavours in food. Feel free to post a link here!
