The PMP is one of my favourite sandwiches ever: prosciutto, mozzarella, and provolone served warm and melty on a lovely toasted sourdough with avocado, lettuce, tomato, and an incredibly yummy basil mayo.

I had to have this sandwich at least once a week when I lived in Nashville, and I crave it still.  The prosciutto is shaved and slightly crisped with the cheeses melted over top, the veggies are fresh and local, the sourdough is soft and toasty, and the mayo adds a lovely little hint of pesto.  The atmosphere is so cozy and comfortable you’ll be tempted to linger for hours, and no one at this laid-back cafe will mind at all if you do.
