Avocado and tempura sweet potato topped with torched salmon and drizzled with unagi sauce.  Soft, crunchy, sweet, and delicious.

You wouldn’t know it from the outside, but this little neighborhood sushi place happens to have some of the best rolls in Chicago.  Their fish is always fresh, the rice perfectly cooked, and the sushi chefs clearly understand what combinations will go well together and how to balance ingredients.
