Olive & Sinclair’s Mexican Chocolate Bar is different from your average chocolate bar in more ways than one. Hand-crafted and stone-ground in Nashville, the granular texture of this bar makes it taste a lot like a Mexican drinking chocolate disc in bar form–and in fact this chocolate can be melted down and added to milk for a nice hot Mexican drink.  But I prefer to eat it as is, savouring each and every crunchy bite.

Available at several finer Nashville businesses including (but not limited to) Bongo Java, City House, Crema, The Frothy Monkey, Imogene + Willie, Loveless Café, Rebel Brewing, and Tayst.
