Flawless fish and chips: tender, flakey halibut battered to order with a side of delicious hand-cut french fries. The incredibly-seasoned batter is tasty and thick, breaking easily when you bite into the tender piece of fish inside. The halibut is fresh, flavourful and perfectly cooked. The fries are soft and crispy. And if you want something that isn’t fried with your dinner, they’ll throw in a nice greek salad for a couple bucks extra.

Omg I have truly missed real authentic fish and chips. That flaky halibut is well browned on the outside. I can imagine dipping it into the sauce and crunching away gleefully. Thanks for waking up my tastebuds albeit late in the night.
There is nothing like really great fish and chips. It was surprising to find it in a land-locked mountain town!
