Merchant’s serves food late into the night, which isn’t always easy to find while out honky-tonkin’ in downtown Nashville. The duck fat tater tots are the best late night snack ever: a thin layer of delectably crunchy potato coating a tender potato filling. The flavour of the duck is subtle but pushes the deliciousness factor up a few notches. And the serving is big enough to share with a couple of hungry friends.
