This lovely little truffle is as smooth as can be with a sweet creamy chocolate center. The crunchy candied violet flower on top adds wonderful floral undertones to the sweet milk chocolate. It is the most delicious floral chocolate pairing I have tried.
The Viola is part of the Vosges exotic truffle collection, but I like to buy it on it’s own if I happen to be passing by. I can justify buying myself a single truffle on the odd occasion, but not a whole box!
