Insanely smooth chocolate mousse topped with soft toasted meringue and deep chocolate shavings in a graham cracker crust.

I love s’mores so much that I’d be willing to try anything that includes any combination of marshmallow, chocolate, or graham cracker.  But let’s be honest, no s’more spinoff ever beats the real thing.

This heavenly tart is the exception to the rule. Nestled inside a gritty graham cracker crust, the chocolate is so incredibly creamy, and the smooth, sticky, toasted merengue is more like the inside of a melted marshmallow than it would have been if they had used real marshmallow (which tends to get hard when sitting behind a display case).
