Delicious, moist, homemade vanilla cake filled with sticky chocolate chip cookie dough and topped with a divine vanilla buttercream frosting. A schoolteacher named Molly used to make these for her elementary school students. One of those students apparently never forgot how good they were, and opened this bakery as an homage.
