Miso broth with ramen noodles, chicken, hard-boiled eggs, scallions, sesame seeds, bean sprouts, and kimchi.
This is not the best ramen I have ever had, though it was certainly delicious. It is the fact that I had it while visiting Legoland, California with my 5-year-old that makes this meal worth writing about. This is hands down the best meal I have ever had at an amusement park – period!
Wok ‘n’ Bowl offers healthy options for carnivores, omnivores, vegetarians, and vegans, and their food is surprisingly good. My son loved his tofu and vegetable rice bowl that came with a side of raisins. My miso ramen was not just decent–it was light, healthy, and delicious (three adjectives I have never applied to food purchased at an amusement park!!).
that IS and impressive meal for Legoland–lucky you 🙂 And it has that much-loved egg on top!!!
I know – that definitely gets extra points from me every time. 😉
Oh God what a hearty and fresh looking soup. I would love to have that at lunch time on a patio when the weather is warm….thanks for sharing!
I agree! I used to think it was counter-productive, but I love hot soup and especially hot drinks when the weather is hot.
ramen noodles ❤ nom nom!
Haha, thanks 🙂
Omg! I’m so craving this right now 🙂
