Skewers of tender charbroiled chicken pieces dusted in an aromatic mixture of ginger, cardamom, coriander, and nutmeg. This mixture of traditional Moroccan spices combined with the charbroiled flavour is heaven on earth.
Served with green olives, spicy pickled vegetables, Kahrmus (marinated eggplant salad), and Mina Harissa (a traditional Moroccan red pepper sauce).
